Cajun Krewe Party Rentals – Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Cajun Krewe Party Rentals, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve equipment and secure your rental date.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit.
2. Weather Policy & Rescheduling
- Safety is our top priority. Inflatable equipment cannot be operated during high winds, lightning, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions.
- Customers may reschedule their rental up to 48 hours before the scheduled event date due to weather concerns.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future rental within one (1) year of the original payment date.
- No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event unless deemed unsafe by Cajun Krewe Party Rentals.
3. Delivery & Setup
- Delivery, setup, and removal are included within our standard service area unless otherwise specified.
- An adult (18 years or older) must be present during delivery and pickup.
- The setup area must be clean, accessible, level, and free of debris, animal waste, rocks, and hazards.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space and access for equipment installation.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Supervise all participants using rental equipment at all times.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by Cajun Krewe Party Rentals.
- Keep food, drinks, gum, confetti, silly string, face paint, glitter, sharp objects, and pets away from inflatable equipment.
- Prevent overcrowding and ensure participants use equipment safely and appropriately.
- Notify Cajun Krewe Party Rentals immediately if equipment becomes damaged or unsafe.
5. Equipment Care & Damage
- The customer assumes responsibility for rented equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.
- Equipment must not be moved, altered, or tampered with after setup.
- The customer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, vandalism, theft, fire, unauthorized relocation, or failure to follow safety instructions.
- Repair or replacement costs may be charged for damaged or missing equipment.
6. Safety Rules for Inflatable Rentals
- Adult supervision is required at all times.
- Do not exceed posted occupancy or weight limits.
- No flips, wrestling, roughhousing, climbing on walls, or unsafe behavior.
- Remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, and sharp objects before entering.
- Do not use inflatable equipment during rain, thunderstorms, lightning, or winds exceeding safe operating conditions.
- Immediately exit the inflatable if power is lost and contact Cajun Krewe Party Rentals.
7. Power Requirements
- The customer is responsible for providing a working electrical outlet within a reasonable distance of the setup location unless a generator rental has been arranged.
- The customer is responsible for any loss of use caused by power failure, tripped breakers, or inadequate electrical service not related to Cajun Krewe Party Rentals equipment.
8. Water Units
- Customers renting water slides must provide a water source and hose within reach of the setup location.
- Water must remain running during operation as instructed.
- Customers are responsible for proper drainage and any water-related conditions on their property.
9. Liability Waiver
- The customer understands that participation in inflatable and party rental activities carries inherent risks.
- Cajun Krewe Party Rentals shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, loss, or claims arising from misuse of equipment, failure to supervise participants, or failure to follow safety instructions.
- The customer assumes all risks associated with the use of rented equipment and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cajun Krewe Party Rentals, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the rental.
10. Right to Refuse Service
- Cajun Krewe Party Rentals reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any rental if conditions are unsafe, payment terms are not met, equipment is being misused, or any term of this agreement is violated.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, signing a rental agreement, or accepting delivery of equipment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
